- Requests for returns must be submitted within 10 days of product receipt.
- Please carefully review the list below to confirm the eligibility of your item for return.
Products Eligible for Return
- Planters or pots (excluding one-of-a-kind vessels)
- Coffee table books
- Candles
- Home and Kitchen items in original, unopened packaging.
- Damaged items noted within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
Products Ineligible for Return
- Custom or made-to-order pieces, including antique vessels, artwork, and furniture
- Medium/large furniture items exceeding 30 lbs
- Bedding (including throws), towels, and bath products
- Rugs
- Floor models and items sold as-is
- Items with wear from natural factors like sun exposure or humidity
Return Procedure
- Buyers are responsible for all return costs, including shipping.
- Upon receipt at our warehouse, returned items will be inspected for original condition and packaging. Products must be unused.
- Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 14 business days.
Packaging

Cancellation Policy
Online Orders
- Cancellation between 24-48 hours: 25% restocking fee applies.
- Cancellation after 48 hours: Orders become final sale and cannot be cancelled.
Backordered Items
- Allowed to cancel within 48 hours for backordered items.
- Exclusions: This policy does not apply to made-to-order pieces.
