  • Express Shipping: If you need your products quickly, we also offer express shipping options. Please note that additional charges may apply for express shipping services.

3.  Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process, and they will be added to your total order amount.

4.  Shipping Time for Large & Fragile Items:

  • For very large, heavy, and fragile items such as vases and planters, special care is taken during the packaging and handling process to ensure a safe delivery. Due to their size and nature, these items may require longer shipping times to guarantee their safe arrival.
  • Customers purchasing large and fragile items should expect a longer shipping time, typically within 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped to keep track of your delivery.

5.  Shipping Restrictions:

  • Please note that some products may have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or fragility. We will notify you during the checkout process if any items in your order are not eligible for shipping or delivery through our regular services and will need special freight services.
